MOUSTACHE ON AUGUST 5TH!
 Lake Compounce is holding a special day
to promote healthy eating, exercising, and living on Wednesday, August 5th.
Guida's very own Super Cow will be roaming
around the park to meet and greet friends and family starting at 3pm.
We will also have the Got
Milk? mobile set up in the park where
you can have your own Got Milk? Mustache picture taken to remember this
special day!
Health
Trax gym will be on site with an
exercise ball and equipment demonstrating and giving fitness tips to all
in attendance. The
Hispanic Health Council will be handing out key chains, chip
clips, flyers, and other promotional give-aways
near the Beach Shoppe all day as well!
There will be a special Guest Appearance by ROCKY from the New Britain
Rock Cats! Hope to see you there!

NASCAR COMES TO LIME ROCK PARK
 August 14th and 15th Lime Rock Park is hosting
the Mohegan
Sun 200: NASCAR Camping World Series East! There will be hundreds
of racers with their vehicles who are on their way to climbing the NASCAR
ladder!
Drivers such as Joey Logano (from Middletown, Conn.),
Martin Truex,
Jr., Ricky Craven
and Mike McLaughlin
have all come out of this championship!
Event tickets and VIP Fan Hospitality tickets are on sale now. All
tickets include free access to the paddock area and free parking. Discounted advance tickets are available until
Friday, August 7th. Following that date, higher gate
pricing will apply. Kids 12 and under are always free.
