Sunday, May 18, 2008 - Miracle Ride benefitting Connecticut Children's Medical Center

The Miracle Ride will end here at Lake Compounce, where guests will be treated to a parade of more than 1,000 motorcycles as they enter and park in our parking lot at around 11:30/12:00noon. Local bands will be playing inside the park, on our outdoor stage all day long. Sunday, May 25, 2008 - Trisport Media 5k & 10k race

Prepare for your personal best! Trisport Media's 5k & 10k courses are blazing fast with small rolling hills and each course is quick with a fast downhill finish. Enjoy beautiful views along the course and the dramatic finish at the gates of Lake Compounce. Sunday, May 25, 2008 - Bristol Veteran's Council's Memorial Day Weekend Celebration

Our parking lot will be brimming with activities hosted by the Bristol Veteran's Council. No cost to view exhibits in the parking area. A free shuttle bus will also transport guests to and from Memorial Boulevard in Bristol for a free tour. Special entertainment will take place within the park, and fireworks will light up the sky over the Lake, too! Regular admission applies to enter the park.

 

Sunday, May 31, 2008 - Sixty Five Miles for 'Sixty Five Roses'

"Sixty Five Roses" is what some children with Cystic Fibrosis call their disease because the words are much easier to say. A bicycle ride will start and end at Lake Compounce to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis. Click here to register for this great ride.

Your favorite WRCH Lite 100.5 DJ's will be broadcasting live from the Lake, starting at 5:30am with Allan, Mike and Allison, followed by Joan Dillon, and winding down the day with Joe Hann.

 

Friday, July 4, 2008 - Independence Day Fireworks

Fireworks will light up the sky over the Lake in the evening, but come early and enjoy the rides.

Please join Trisport Media in a triathalon to benefit the Jimmy V Foundation. Event starts at 8:00am and consists of a 0.4 mile swim, 13 mile bike and 3.1 mile run.
