This policy applies only to Festival Fun Parks, LLC (“FFP”), and the theme parks, water parks and family entertainment centers (each a “Park” and collectively the “Parks”) listed below, and each of the Park’s web sites:
Protection of Information FFP and the Parks value the trust their customers place in them. Accordingly, FFP and the Parks adhere to the highest ethical standards in gathering, using and safeguarding customer information that is entrusted to the company.
Collection of Information We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. FFP and the Parks do not rent, sell or exchange information about its customers. Access to information about FFP’s and the Park’s customers is restricted to FFP and the Parks. Third parties that need access to FFP and the Parks’ customer information in order to provide operational or other support services to FFP and the Parks must agree to safeguard customer information in strict compliance with FFP policy.
FFP and the Parks gather only the customer information that is needed to administer its business, provide superior service and communicate offers on merchandise and services that FFP and the Parks believe will be of interest to its customers.
FFP and the Parks limit access to customer information to those employees who need it to carry out their business functions. FFP and the Parks educate their employees about FFP and the Parks’ policies and practices in regard to safeguarding customer information; preventing its unauthorized access, use or disclosure; and, ensuring its proper handling.
Personally Identifiable Information FFP and the Park’s Web sites collect personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from Web site visitors only when visitors voluntarily provide such information to FFP or the Parks. FFP and the Parks’ Web site visitors who do not want their personally identifiable information collected online are asked not to submit such information to FFP or the Parks.
FFP and the Parks Web site visitors are informed that when they provide FFP and the Parks with personally identifiable information online, that information is kept within FFP and the Parks. Visitors are further informed that, unless specifically stated otherwise, the personally identifiable information may be stored and used by FFP or the Parks to better understand its customers' needs, to improve FFP and the Parks’ products and services, and to contact customers regarding offers that may be of interest to them.
If FFP or the Park’s Web site visitors previously provided their e-mail addresses to FFP or the Park and would like to have their e-mail addresses removed from FFP or the park’s e-mail mailing lists, FFP and the Parks asks them to send an e-mail message to OptOut@palaceentertainment.com. FFP and the Parks inform such visitors that it will use reasonable efforts to delete their e-mail addresses from its existing files.
Accuracy and Security of Customer Information FFP and the Parks will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the customer information it maintains is accurate, timely and secure.FFP and the Parks will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technological developments that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of customer information.
FFP and the Parks enforce their policies in regard to gathering, access and use of personal customer information by its employees and authorized third parties.
Children FFP and the Parks have no intention of collecting personally identifiable information (name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from children (individuals under the age of 13) online and using that information for marketing purposes. Where appropriate, FFP and the Parks will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on FFP or any of the Park’s Web sites.
If a child has provided FFP or the Park with an e-mail address, FFP asks that a parent or guardian of the child contact FFP at OptOut@palaceenterainment.com., if they would like the e-mail address deleted from FFP or the Park’s e-mail mailing lists. FFP and the Parks inform customers that it will use reasonable efforts to delete such e-mail addresses from its existing files.
Personally Identifiable Information Collected Automatically FFP and the Park’s Web Sites may collect information from Web site visitors that is not personally-identifiable, including the visitor's operating system, browser, domain name, and the specific web pages on the FFP or Park Web site that are accessed or visited. FFP and the Parks, only collect this information in the aggregate, and only use it to improve FFP and the Park’s Web sites.
Cookie/Tracking Technology This Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology; however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.
Distribution of Information We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
Commitment to Data Security Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
