Lake Compounce – April 1, 2020 – While we look forward to welcoming each of you to Lake Compounce this season, there is a great deal of uncertainty for us all surrounding the current COVID-19 situation.
Our highest priority remains the safety of all of our Team Members and Guests, and we’re closely following the guidelines set forth by federal, state and local government officials and health experts. Because of the shutdown of preseason preparations, we know we will not be ready to start our season as normally planned on May 2. While it’s too soon to confidently provide an opening date, please know we remain committed to opening Lake Compounce this summer for you to enjoy as soon as safely possible.
To our devoted current Season Passholders: we want to thank you for your support in good times and bad, and reaffirm our commitment to you by automatically extending your 2020 Season Pass through the end of June 2021. This will come at no cost to you and requires no action on your part. At a later point, Passholders will be able to extend their 2021 Season Pass to cover that entire summer, or all the way through December 2021, at a reduced rate.

Q: Will my Bronze Pass include the 2020 Seasonal Events like Haunted Graveyard and Holiday Lights since it now runs through June 2021?
A: No, Bronze Season Passes are still limited to just the summer seasons.
Q: I purchased my 2020 Season Pass with a payment plan before April 1 but still have payments. Do I qualify for the extension?
A: Yes, you do! Any Silver, Gold or Gold Deluxe Season Pass purchased in full or by payment plan on or before April 1, 2020 will be extended through June 30, 2021.
Q: What about my All Season Parking Pass and All Summer Dining Pass?
A: Our plan is to ensure you receive equal value for any experience, or benefit, you missed out on this year due to COVID-19. We are working through how to address additional products and perks related to your season pass and will have more details soon.
Q: Can I purchase a 2020-21 Season Pass?
A: No, the extension through June 30, 2021 is only for those who have purchased a Season Pass as of Wednesday, April 1, 2020. .
Q: How do I extend my 2021 Season Pass for the whole summer, or to include seasonal holiday events?
A: 2021 Extension options are not available yet. At a later point, current Bronze, Silver, Gold and Gold Deluxe Pass Holders will be able to extend their 2021 Season Pass to cover the entire summer of 2021 or all the way through December 2021, at a reduced rate. This does not apply to the Preschool Play Pass.
Q: Will I receive a refund on my pre-purchased admission tickets?
A: Good Any Day tickets will be valid through the entirety of the 2020 Summer Season, and Date-Restricted Tickets will be accepted any day of the 2020 Summer Season. Q: I had a School Picnic or Group Event scheduled for early in the season. What now?
A: Surcharges, deposits and date blackouts will be waived on group outing tickets, including school picnic tickets. Group Outing Planners should contact the Lake Compounce Group Sales department by emailing email@example.com to discuss options to reschedule early-season outings. .
Q: Is the Bear Creek Campground season delayed as well?
A: Yes, the campground will not be opening on April 24 as previously planned. While it’s too soon to confidently provide an opening date, we remain committed to welcoming campers to the campground this season.
Q: How can I contact someone about my visit at Bear Creek Campground?

Q: Are you still hiring?
A: Yes, we are still accepting applications, however at this time in-person interviews, orientations and training are on hold at least through April 30, when the most recent order on public gatherings is set to expire.
