We want you to know the health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. We are fully committed to creating the cleanest and safest environment possible for your visit.
The way we will operate this summer is significantly different from what we are all used to as we adapt to the new landscape created by COVID-19. While we are committed to enhanced standards in an effort to keep you as healthy and safe as possible, there remains an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place and any place where people are present. Please, read this page fully to ensure the best experience possible as you plan your visit and join us.
The health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. In these unprecedented times, we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to help protect everyone. But we can’t do it alone. We are counting on everyone’s efforts to do their part by cooperating with these new measures that are designed to keep every person visiting and/or working at Lake Compounce healthy and safe.
Guests should familiarize themselves with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and evaluate their risk in determining whether they should attend our facilities. If you or a family member are ill or think that you may be getting ill, please postpone your visit until you are well.

Is the 2020 Preschool Play Pass extended into next year?
The Preschool Play Pass has not been extended, however, if your child still qualifies for the pass in 2021, you will have the opportunity to register for one as long as you still have a season pass.
Does the 2020 Summer Saver Season Pass include next year as well?
No, the Summer Saver Season Pass is valid only through the end of this Summer and expires on September 20, 2020.
Does my 2020 Bronze Pass include 2020 & 2021 Seasonal Events (Haunted Graveyard & Holiday Lights) since it has been extended?
No, Bronze Season Passes are still limited to just the summer seasons.
Has my All Season Parking Pass and All Summer Dining Pass been extended into next year?
All Season Parking Passes and All Summer Dining Passes purchased before June 1, 2020 have been extended through the 2021 Season as well. The All Summer Dining Pass is still restricted to the Summer Seasons only. The All Season Parking Passes will expire on 12/31/2021.
Can I purchase a 2020-21 Season Pass?
2020 Silver, Gold, and Gold Deluxe Season Passes have been extended to include the 2021 season through the end of Holiday Lights. Bronze Season Passes will include Summer 2020 and Summer 2021.
Passholders who purchased a 2021 pass extension will receive a credit and get next year free.

Will I receive a refund on my pre-purchased admission tickets?
Good Any Day tickets purchased before June 8, 2020 will be valid through the entirety of the 2020 or 2021 Summer Season, and Date-Restricted Tickets will be accepted any day of the 2020 or 2021 Summer Season. Guests with additional questions about their tickets can email info@lakecompounce.com to connect with our Guest Services staff.
I had a School Picnic or Group Event scheduled but can no longer visit. What now?
Surcharges, deposits and date blackouts will be waived on group outing tickets, including school picnic tickets. Group Outing Planners should contact the Lake Compounce Group Sales department by emailing groupsales@lakecompounce.com to discuss options to reschedule early-season outings.
Is Bear Creek Campground accepting reservations for 2021?
Yes, the campground is accepting reservations for 2021.
To streamline the check-in process, we are encouraging all guests to pay online prior to arrival. A link to pay your final balance will be sent to you via a confirmation email.

How can I contact someone about my visit at Bear Creek Campground?
Please email info@lakecompounce.com. Include the name on your reservation and the date you planned on visiting. Our team will respond as quickly as possible.
Guests will be required to wear facial coverings. The only exception is for children under the age of three. Guests must wear their facial coverings on rides but may remove their facial coverings to engage in water-related activities. Including in swimming pools, on water slides and water attractions, or while walking to/from these activities. Facial coverings must be removed while enjoying water-related activities in compliance with water safety best practices. Coverings may also be removed in order to eat. Face shields are not permitted on any attraction and are not a substitute for a facial covering. Face shields are permitted within the park when worn with a facial covering.
If you forget your facial covering, we will have some for purchase at the park.
No, you are not expected to socially distance from your travel party in the park or on rides. However, single riders will be appropriately spaced according to the CDC and local health guidelines. Guests will be required to self-sanitize prior to boarding an attraction. Each attraction is equipped with a sanitizer station for your convenience.
While we always strive to have every ride open and operational, due to the pause on preseason preparations as well as new safety procedures, some rides may be delayed or closed for the season.
