Fly through the woods at over 60 miles per hour on Boulder Dash, 5-time winner of the World’s Best Wooden Coaster award. The park’s original wooden coaster, Wildcat, is back in action with a new track that’s smoother than ever. Then step up to the inverted fun of the steel coasters Phobia Fear and Zoomerang with their towering loops and launches. Upgrade to a Speedy Pass to enjoy more thrills and less time in line.

Splash away the hottest days in Crocodile Cove, Connecticut’s largest water park. From thrilling to chilling, there are countless ways to keep your cool. Escape the jaws of the towering Venus Vortex slide. Fly through the tube of Storm Surge on an electric journey of light and sound. Hang ten in two unique wave pools, or just drift away on everyone’s favorite, the lazy river.

Keep an eye on the calendar for special events throughout the year. Catch free concerts on the lake shore each summer weekend- with fireworks for July 4th. Scare up the Halloween fun during Phantom Fall fest. Thrill all day and fright all night in haunted houses and scare zones. You Belong in a Cabana
Make it a VIP visit with a private cabana rental. You’ll have it made in your very own shade, and you can get food and drinks delivered right to your cabana. Choose from different sizes and locations, or reserve a couple of relaxing island loungers in the shade.

America’s First Amusement Park
Lake Compounce got its start as a picnic park in 1846. The carousel made its debut on Memorial Day in 1911. In 1929 you could get a speed boat ride around the lake for just 15 cents. Throughout the years, Lake Compounce led the way with bigger, bolder rides and can’t-miss concerts. Today the park looks better than ever as we balance new thrills and traditional excitement. As the longest continuously-operating amusement park in America, we are experts in family fun.
