Special Access Medical Wrist Bracelet (S.A.M.):

The S.A.M wristband program is for any guest that has a physical or mental impairment that limits their ability to wait long periods of time in lines to the rides or slides. A valid doctors note is requested stating that you cannot wait in line in order to receive this wristband. Guests need to check in at Guest Relations to receive their wristband. Unfortunately, the S.A.M. wristband program is not available in Crocodile Cove Water Park. Click here for more details on this program.

Designated Smoking Areas

For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we require that smoking be done only in our designated smoking areas. The areas are well marked by signage, as well as blue benches and smoker's outposts. We have nine areas throughout the park and they are denoted on our park maps. Smokers are required to restrict smoking to these areas only. Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave, without refund, for not complying with this policy.
